Callie-Ariane over and out, and off to bed for a week.
Oh, wait, the DVD comes out on Monday. If there are episode commentaries, I may have to cry …
I found a glorious flatmate by asking Tumblr for help, so once more into the breach!
Barista, bartender, waitress…I need me a job doing any of these. Where you work in London right now, are they hiring?
Thank you for your help. If this works, there’s a unicorn and a pornographic ode in this for you. Promise.
Increase the level of fun at your place of employment by a factor of 156 (or possibly 1,000).
Thank you for existing, SherlockiansBePositive.
I’m now going to mouth kiss everyone until I get to the Sherlockian who wrote this. Has anyone seen my lip balm?
I didn’t write it, but I completely agree with it. And I’m definitely the closest Sherlockian to you right now… *forms beginning of orderly queue*
I wasn’t sure how to respond to that, so I said nothing, looking away as we passed Hyde Park Corner, until I felt Sherlock’s fingers curl into my own, where they lay on my knee. I jumped in surprise, turning to face him, but he was looking at our hands and seemed nervous. He tightened his fingers around mine briefly, patted my hand a couple of times, then withdrew, turning back to face the window.
My all time favourite fic by the inimitable VerityBurns.

Gosh, so good to see this on my dash again! Completely blew me away when Harry sent it… and again every time I’ve seen it since.

Summary: John’s life has taken several unexpected turns since his ‘Nothing happens to me,’ blog entry, but none of them prepared him for New Year’s Day, 2011.
Anonymous asked: Are you working on any more storybook length Sherlock fics at the moment? I love your work and have both read and listened to them multiple times (especially Heart in the Whole) but would really love to get into a new story of yours as summer approaches. Thanks for all your hard work btw!
I am indeed. New fic, ‘All The Difference’, should start posting in a week or two…
Thank you for asking!

Summary: Events after The Great Game leave Sherlock dependent on his best friend and colleague. But John has a secret of his own…
Review: This is beautiful. Sherlock suffers a head injury and becomes blind. This story follows how he learns to cope with that, and how his relationship with John grows and evolves after his injury. It is tender, and sweet. You find yourself very swept up in the story.
Also, this is one of those podfics where the reader makes the story into more than it was. Her expression, and her accent, are perfect and lovely to listen to, so much so that the listening experience transcends the story itself.

Gosh, that’s so really kind - thank you!
